Comment: 28 year old house was built with a 10x20 covered porch on one of the corners. 15 or so years ago we had a contractor enclose the room with CBS to match the rest of the house. The original slab on the porch wasn't poured with a footer, and the weight of the walls has caused the block and stucco to crack.

Comment: This is what I have seen. Cracked walls, ceiling cracks, separation of wood both inside and out, chimney rocks cracked and falling off, mold almost everywhere, tub collapsing and pulling away from floor. Honestly I have too many problems to list them all. But I think it is something that I should be extremely worried about. I am beginning to feel unsafe. The owner of home told me that I "should not be worried" I think I should be! !!
