Project Location: Cocoa, FL 32926

Comment: We have a purchase agreement on this property. We have the soil report from the Geotechnical engineer that you can refer to. The house was previously improperly "repaired" using exterior underpinning around the entire house 53 in total as well as pressure grouting. The land had originally been purely compacted as well as not properly demucked. The repair resulted in the interior foundation settling and causing large uneven cracks since the exterior foundation stayed in place after the underpinning. "If" fixable based on research and recommendations I believe we would need to place Piers throughout the entire interior structure to support and level out the foundation. The depth of the previous piers on the exterior ranged anywhere from 31 ft to 100 ft in some areas. I am wondering if this is even something that can bed done on the interior of a structure? I realize this was a lot of information so sorry. Thanks for your assistance.
