Comment: I have a double garage that has sunken on three walls. Where it meets the driveway is still in good shape. At worst, it appears to have sunk around 3 - 4 inches. The slabs are all in good shape except for one small crack at a corner near the garage door. Looking to get it raised. Thanks

Comment: Our garage apron is sinking on one corner. A few years ago an animal burrowed under the slab. we haven't any idea how large the area is underneath. We covered the opening with sackcrete to keep the critter from getting back in. We don't want the sinking to get any worse.
