President

Greg Thrasher is the President and co-owner of Foundation Supportworks and is a renowned foundation expert with over 35 years of experience. Greg began his career in 1975 when he founded Thrasher Basement Systems, a local foundation repair company in Omaha, Nebraska. Under Greg's direction, Thrasher Basement Systems has grown to become one of the largest foundation stabilization companies in America and serves as a national training center for contractors throughout the United States and Canada who want to learn about the foundation business.

Greg has spent his career developing hundreds of foundation contractors and coaching them in all areas of business. In addition to this, Greg and his companies have been recognized and awarded multiple times by organizations such as the Better Business Bureau, Omaha Chamber of Commerce, Midlands Business Journal and others for achieving high levels of integrity, growth and customer service. Greg has also been honored to sit on the selection committee for the Better Business Bureau's Business Integrity Award.

Greg has coordinated and spoken at dozens of industry trade conferences over the past 20 years and is recognized as an authority in the application and installation of foundation repair systems across the country. His direction and forward-thinking approach helps to keep Foundation Supportworks at the cutting edge of the industry.

Greg and his wife Nancy have been blessed with three children, Daniel, David and Anna, along with four grandchildren, Jack, Addison, Alayna and Landon. In his spare time, Greg enjoys golfing, fishing and serving at his church in Omaha, NE.


Larry Janesky

Vice President

Larry Janesky is an authority on basement repair and building effective businesses that serve people well. In 1982 he began five years of self employment as a carpenter and builder before founding Basement Systems, Inc. in 1987. Today, Basement Systems is the largest network of waterproofing and crawlspace repair contractors in the world. Larry has taken personal responsibility for repairing more than 29,000 basements over 24 years through his local installation business in Connecticut. Larry is also president of Total Basement Finishing, a leading network of finishing contractors, and Dr. Energy Saver, a network of energy conservation contractors.

Along with his friend Greg Thrasher, Larry co-founded Foundation Supportworks. Larry has trained thousands of talented, dedicated basement repair contractors in the last 20 years and he holds 27 patents. Larry is also the author of 6 books including, "Foundation Repair Science", "Dry Basement Science", "Crawlspace Science", Basement Finishing Science", "Saving Energy and Money at Home", and "The Highest Calling – An Inspirational Story About Business and Life, Struggle and Success". He writes a daily blog called "Think Daily", received by over 7,000 people each morning.

Larry enjoys seeing everyone around him succeed. His mission is to make the world a better place for homeowners, employees, business people and society in general, by helping build successful businesses that serve all effectively.

Larry lives in Middlebury, CT with his wife Wendy, his son Tanner, and daughters Chloe and Autumn. He enjoys outdoor activities with his family and is a passionate motocross rider.


Dave Thrasher

Dave Thrasher is a second generation foundation specialist who trains and develops foundation contractors throughout North America by serving as the Director of Business Development for Foundation Supportworks. Dave grew up in the foundation business and began working on an installation crew for his father's foundation repair company at the age of fourteen. Dave has installed hundreds of foundation repair systems with his own hands, which gives him a unique level of understanding about foundation problems and their solutions.

Dave graduated with honors from Concordia University Wisconsin where he obtained a bachelor's degree in Business Communications and Marketing. He was also honored at Concordia with the "Most Outstanding Student of the Year" award. After earning his degree, Dave worked in various marketing and sales positions for two Fortune 1000 companies, Werner Enterprises and Union Pacific.

Dave is a nationally recognized expert at diagnosing foundation issues, and he consults with contractors and homeowners every day to develop solutions to various foundation problems. He is a frequent contributor to various publications as well as being a speaker at industry conferences.

Dave was born and raised in Omaha, NE and continues to reside there today with his wife Tabitha and two children, Addison and Landon. Outside of work he enjoys softball, golf, fishing and spending time with his family. Dave is also an active member of his church where he volunteers and serves as a leader in several areas of ministry.


Amanda Harrington

Director of Training & Development

Amanda Harrington has been active in the foundation repair industry since early 2007 and currently serves as Director of Training and Development for Foundation Supportworks, Inc. Amanda graduated with honors from Doane College in Crete, Nebraska with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Communication with an emphasis in Training and Development.

With over twelve years of experience in senior-level training roles in various industries, Amanda has conducted trainings in more than ten countries on five continents. She has been honored with two Best Practices awards by the Human Resources Association of the Midlands for her work in creating education-based materials and programs. Amanda has also been featured in the Working Women's section of Today's Omaha Woman magazine as a young, professional female making an impact in the Omaha business community.

Amanda has consulted on and contributed to articles in various industry publications and regularly speaks at industry events. She is an expert in researching and writing curriculum, developing education-based materials, and coaching other training facilitators in the areas of management, sales, marketing and installation.

In her spare time, Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband, John; daughter, Moyra; and step-children, Jean-Luc and Stryder. She has a passion for travel, enjoys reading, movies, music, gardening, antiquing, and spending time with friends.


Ray Brown

Ray Brown
Product Installation Manager

Ray is an industry expert on the proper installation of foundation stabilization products, and he has more than 15 years of hands-on experience fixing foundations. As the Product Installation Manager for Foundation Supportworks, Ray is the primary facilitator of FSI installation trainings and field operations. Ray also spends much of his time traveling to and working with installation crews throughout the United States and Canada on unique or high profile projects. Over the past 15 years, Ray has worked with more than 500 installers on projects in varying environments, training them on how to properly address foundation problems.

Ray enjoys traveling, skiing and hanging out with his wife Chana, their sons Myles, Trevor and Riley, and his two grandchildren Lucy and Aidan.


Randy Dikeman

Randy Dikeman
Territory Manager

Randy focuses on field training, technical support and dealer recruitment for Foundation Supportworks. He has over 36 years of extensive hands-on residential and commercial construction experience and has been involved with the deep foundations industry since 1987. Randy also brings a unique level of understanding to his position, having owned his own foundation repair company from 1990 to 2001.

From 2001 to 2008 Randy fulfilled the role of National Project Manager for Product and Application Support for Atlas Systems and Chance Civil Construction. While with these organizations, he was a contributor in the development of comprehensive training manuals as well as other technical documents. Randy has trained foundation contractors in the classroom and in the field for over 20 years. Randy has also provided technical support for customers throughout the United States and Canada in the application, installation and load testing of helical piles, anchors and push piers in a wide variety of soil conditions. He also has extensive experience with equipment and specialty applications.

Randy lives near Tulsa, Oklahoma which allows him to support dealers throughout the southern United States most effectively. In his spare time, Randy enjoys boating and spending time outdoors.


James Malone

James Malone
Commercial Project Manager

As a Commercial Project Manager for Foundation Supportworks, James works closely with engineers, architects and general contractors all over the United States and Canada on projects where Foundation Supportworks products are specified. James has been involved with the deep foundation industry for over six years and has expertise in the areas of product application and project management. James regularly assists the Foundation Supportworks engineering department with preliminary design services and helps installing contractors organize bid documents for large commercial projects that include helical piles, helical anchors, push piers and soil nails. James also assists with training and provides technical support for Foundation Supportworks installing contractors.

James and his wife, Amy, enjoy spending time at their cabin, boating and fishing with their four children, Lake, Taylor, Sophie and Grey. James also plays acoustic guitar and spends free time working in his yard.


Les Stratman

Les Stratman
Manager of Procurement

Les has over 15 years experience in the manufacturing industry and has spent most of his time working in product design & development, product rollout, distributor training, and vendor relations. Les oversees purchasing, manufacturing and logistical operations for Foundation Supportworks and works closely with the Foundation Supportworks engineering department to ensure our products maintain the highest quality standards. Les is also an expert in computer aided drafting (CAD) and assists with product drawings and new product development.

Les and his wife Laurie reside in Omaha, NE. In his free time, Les enjoys motorcycle riding, hunting, fishing, and working on carpentry projects at his house.


Bing Behrens

Manager of Logistics

Bing adds a high level of expertise to the Foundation Supportworks purchasing and logistics operations with over thirty years of experience in professional supply-chain management.  Bing’s experience has spanned across multiple industries as he’s worked in management for companies like PepsiCo, SmithKline Beecham, Pfizer and the Mutual of Omaha.  Bing is a seasoned negotiator and has been responsible for annual spending portfolios in excess of $350 million.  Through skilled negotiation and creative buying strategies, he has documented annualized savings of over $40 million since the year 2000. 
                                              
Bing is considered an expert in supply-chain management and e-commerce, and is an accomplished speaker on these topics. He has been invited to speak at The Conference Board, Marcus Evans Seminars and numerous eProcurement conferences.  Through the application of Opportunity Analysis and Portfolio Analysis, he has repeatedly demonstrated that clear data reporting can drive transforming improvements in business processes.  Bing has served as Treasurer and Board Member of The Nebraska Lutheran Secretariat of Via de Cristo, as a Board Member of the Great Plains Minority Supplier Development Council and on the Executive Team of Lutheran Family Services of Nebraska, Inc.

Bing and his wife LuAnn have been married 34 years and share a passion for bird watching, the great outdoors and animals in general.  They have lived in rural southeast Nebraska on the same small farm since 1991.

The Foundation Supportworks Shipping and Receiving Department ensures that Foundation Supportworks' customers receive their orders quickly, at the most efficient cost,  and with 100% accuracy. In addition to shipping orders, this department assists with quality control procedures and inventory management. Our shipping and receiving team takes great pride in making sure that the Foundation Supportworks distribution center runs smoothly and efficiently, is clean and well-organized, and is run with a customer-first mentality.

Foundation Supportworks has a great team in place to help place customer orders, organize training events, assist with sales software usage questions, organize large dealer communications projects, answer dealer inquiries, and help out with many other administrative functions for the company. This team has a "whatever it takes" attitude and is focused on making sure our customers receive the best service possible.

The Finance and Accounting department at Foundation Supportworks oversees all of the company's daily accounting functions including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory control, preparing financial statements and providing other financial data for analysis. This behind-the-scenes team of employees helps Foundation Supportworks maintain a position of stability and controlled growth.
