A drain outlet is added to the window well
The crack was located by the system design specialist to be in the corner behind the finished wall
This house is about 30 years old and has never been finished. There was lots of signs of water coming up from the floor.
The Supersump is installed into the basement floor.
At the core of the system is the patented Waterguard. First the trench is opened up in the concrete floor and the waterguard is installed.
The bottom 4 rows of block are core filled with grout to further stabilize the walls
The concrete floor is opened up to accept the footing for the PowerBraceds. To make sure the bottom of the power braces are secure, Omni makes an 18" x 18" footing.
THe first stsep is to open a trench along the wall and install the Waterguard. Wateguard is a patented drain system.
