Omni starts by opening a trench around the perimeter of the basement
The first step is to open the concrete flor and expose the gravel bed.
Like many homes, the customer has a builder grade sump system. Corrugated plastic liner that is not perforated.
The Supersump is installed into the basement floor.
This type of construction is very harmful to your home. THe moisture will come out of the dirt and make the building materials above mouldy and soft.
The dirt floor crawlspace can wreak havoc on your home. Moisture in the crawlspace will cause mould and make your floor joists soft.
The first step is to open a trench and start to prepare the wall for the Carbon Armor. Here you can see the paint has been ground off so that the epoxy will adhere.
7" wide carbon fiber strips are adhered tot he wall with epoxy.
