Alford's team consisting of the foreman, "Junior" (Jamiel), Chris, and Kaden, completed the outside foundation repair portion of my project today. Even with being hampered by rain, wind, tornado warning sirens, and wet earth, they completed the job on schedule. The whole team was experienced and knowledgeable about the difficulty of the project and work; everyone individually explained details in a manner that even a layman could understand; everyone appeared to take pleasure in the work that they do and the company they work for. Phase 2 was Alford performing the main beam and joists stabilization, with 13 of their smartjacks and 3 sister beams. I can imagine that this was a very difficult job from the narrow crawl spaces. But the team of Marquese, David, and Brandon made my house level again. I got home early on the last day, and Marquese took me underneath and showed me the metal beams that they installed and the strong supports. Every question I had, he answered from experience and knowledge. I also want to give a shoutout to the project manager, Tim, for his rapid responses to questions I had and his coordination with my work schedule, and to Drew for his complete and transparent explanation of the project during estimation. All in all, I'm well satisfied with choosing Alford for this extensive project.

Casey went above and beyond to meet my needs in getting me scheduled the very next day. Her kind demeanor and desire to help me over the phone were very much appreciated. Dustin and Bobby were on site, evaluated, resolved, and developed a plan within hours. Truly the best!!!!

We had Alford Home Solutions replace the tub with a walk in shower and are very pleased. Kevin Harris was the foreman on the job and was very professional, explained what he was doing, worked non-stop and we ended up with a very nice product. Thanks to Kevin and Alford.

Alford can be thankful for their staff - Jaylon Abbott was an amazing worker. He corrected two problems that existed while enduring freezing temperatures (in a crawl space). Very courteous - great representative for your company. Thankful he was sent. Hard to find such competent young workers these days.

Aaron Jefferson was very thorough and provided a definite solution to our problem. The other companies were much more vague.

The crew that did repairs to my house was outstanding. I very much appreciate their professionalism, courtesy and hard work. Carlos, Drake and Anthony are the very best.  Highly recommend!!!!!!

The planning of the job is what caused me to go with Alford Home Solutions and as for the quality it was superior to others who were contracted. The work was completed as contracted and they were very professional. I will call again if further needs arise.

Dustin came out to my home to look the project over.He took his time and was not in a hurried state at all. I appreciated the fact that he earned my business. Highly recommend Alford Home Solutions! These guys called ahead of time to let me know when they would be at my home. This really helped with moving around meetings, as I work from home. Once they got here, they used my side door to haul materials in and out without disturbing me. Aaron and Josh were fast workers, extremely professional, and were sure to get my thoughts when the project went a little different than originally planned. They also left the project site nice and tidy upon the completion of the job. Overall, very pleased with the service!!
