Why wait until your Cincinnati or Columbus home's foundation fails? Get your foundation issue taken care of now and prevent any further damage to your foundation or even the failure of the foundation walls. When houses are built in Ohio areas such as Cincinnati and Columbus, they are often constructed in expansive clay soils or poorly-compacted sediments. As these soils settle, expand, contract, or the foundation begins to shift, the foundation can be damaged. Symptoms of a damaged foundation can include tilting chimneys, cracks in the foundation, jamming doors, sticking windows, and an uneven floor. During rainstorms, larger foundation cracks can also allow water into the home, leading to a flooded basement.
There are several dealers in the Foundation Supportworks network that cover the state of Ohio. Contact us online or call us today and let us solve your foundation problems.

Comment: Hello. We just moved into a home which was built in 1994. After moving in, I noticed one part of the house had sag towards the center of the house (where the load bearing walls are). I also noticed especially on the 2nd floor in the master bedroom, above one of the load bearing walls, the floor sags also. I can notice a sag below the master bedroom on the 1st floor because the ceiling slightly sags.I have looked under the house and it appears that the house has just settled and needs a little more support under the floor joist. I was inquiring how much (rough estimate) it would cost to fix this to weigh in if I want to do it myself or not. House has crawl space

Comment: We have a few concerns with a home we currently have under contract. There are noiceable signs of a foundation issue but even after having a certified home inspector come out he couldnt give exact answers as to what exactly it is, if its significant or rather were looking at 10-20k in damages. I am looking for someone who specialize in foundation that could give us exact answers before we move forward with this home. Thank you in advance!
