Comment: Hello, I have a detatched garage on my propery that is supported on three sides with a retaining wall. One of the sides is failing, unfortunately, this is the side that faces a ravine. The walls are about 5 ft tall at their highest point, and are composed of railroad ties (which are roting). Its dificult to describe the exact situation in an email, but repairs are needed fairly urgently. I would like to get an inspection and estimate if possible. Thanks

Comment: I have a 100+ year old house. Recently my house seems to have shifted. The reason I say this is I have a trap door in my kitchen so I can go into the basement. When I lift it the door rubs against the cabinet of the kitchen sink which it never use to. I'm worried about this and need advise from someone.
