The homeowner reached out to Erickson Foundation Solutions for a free inspection of their foundation to find a solution for their basement. After inspection, our Design Specialist recommended installing an Auxiliary Wall against the foundation where the wall was bowing outward. Our crew arrived at the home and installed an Auxiliary wall over the bowing section of the foundation. 

This homeowner in Holden, Massachusetts, has a room that they use for storage. The slab has cracked and sank and they would like to have EFS lift, level, and seal the slab so they could use the space as something other than storage. Our Installation team uses PolyLevel and NexusPro to lift, level, and seal the slab.

They were planning on selling the home in the next few years so they were tackling projects to help sell the home. They wanted to replace the old supports in the basement will sturdier supports. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their home. Our Design Specialist inspected the home and recommended installing 4 SmartJacks in the basement to stabilize the floor system.
