This homeowner in Worcester, Massachusetts was experiencing water coming off of their vehicles and collecting in the back corner of the garage. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection. 

Crew Lead Nick Melo and his team arrived at the home and injected the PolyLevel into the slab. They lifted the slab and created a slope of a couple of degrees to allow the water to run off into the driveway. 

This retaining wall had several large cracks along the length of it, and was beginning to lean. The homeowner wished to permanently stabilize the wall before conditions got worse. Erickson Foundation Supportworks stabilized the wall with 12 GeoLock anchors.

This large concrete retaining wall was cracked and leaning. Our team installed wall anchors to permanently stabilize the wall structure and prevent the problem from getting worse over time. 

A homeowner in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, moved into their home last October. The previous homeowners noted before they sold the home that there was a crack in the foundation wall behind the garage. The new homeowner decided they wanted to fix the issues before they got any worse so they called EFS for a free inspection of their foundation. Our Design Specialist inspected the entire foundation and recommended installing 3 Geolocks onto the back wall of the garage foundation to straighten and stabilize the foundation wall. 

A 1920s home in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, had been purchased two years ago and the home inspector noticed that the floor system was sagging. The homeowner called EFS for a free inspection of the basement and the supports. Our Design Specialist inspected the basement and recommended installing 7 SmartJacks in the basement to eliminate the sagging and add support to the floor system. Our team installed the new supports and lift-up on the floor system to level them and stabilize them.
