Comment: 3 cracks in basement wall. One on west side is 1/8" wide, vertical and goes from top to bottom of wall. Outside, driveway and garage floor are cracked. Same vicinity as wall damage. Suspect water not being carried away from house as cause. Two cracks on opposite wall are also vertical but show less separation than one on west side. One was patched in the last few years.

Comment: Hi; I have a sunporch on the house that is getting a very bad slope to it. We had investigation done and appears the footers supporting the sunporch are less than optimal. Has gotten to point where only 1 of the 6 sliding doors actually moves anymore. Was hoping to get somebody who can take off the outside (recycled board) steps and then somehow jack-up and level the sunporch. I have investigation report with pictures that I can send and which better describes the problem. Part-issue is that we live in London and only use the house part of the year. Email best way to communicate. Best, -- Joe
