Felix enjoys having the opportunity to learn new things. From foundation underpinning to installing The MoistureLevel Smart Foundation System, he is on hand to provide training and support to our newest League members. Helping Homeowners is another aspect of his role that he enjoys.
In his free time, Felix enjoys fixing old cars, working in his yard, and spending time with his family, especially his grandkids!

By Shauna F.AZAZ Foundation Solutions did an amazing job on the home I am renting. All of their people were professional, kind, and very informative. Thomas, the foreman, stood out from the others. He was excellent with his crew, invested in giving excellent service, very understanding, and made sure the job was done correctly and well. I always knew what to expect. He answered questions for me and gave me important info at all times of the day and weekends, even when it wasn't his department. He even went out of his way to have the city check the pipes which we learned were falling apart. His partners, Dwayne and Alonso were great as well. Sarah and Felix were also very kind, professional and informative. They worked with me and my schedule. Scheduling was a little of an issue in the beginning but in all fairness, no one can predict what type of problems a house may be hiding before digging into it. These guys are working around the clock on multiple homes in the heat, all around the valley, and still providing excellent service and keeping a great attitude. As a manager, I was very impressed. I would highly recommend this company. Even when things don't go as they should (as is with life) this company is committed to taking care of the job at hand and the people in the home regardless of unforeseen circumstances. What more could you ask for? Thank you Thomas and AZ Foundation Solutions!!! :) -

By Darwin T.AZI am very happy to give a 5-Star review rating due to the efforts of Felix Cantu and Chris Ortiz. Chris , Residential Consultant was very helpful and explained in great detail the process for CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system. He was very professional and respectful of my concerns and comments.Upon signing the agreement the project was forwarded for construction scheduling. The original date to install was March 25, 2020. A crew showed up that day but discovered there was not enough drainage mat to cover the crawl space. They were here about 3 hours.Finally on May 5th, Felix Cantu was scheduled to complete the project. When he arrived he discovered 2 rolls of the drainage mat had been rolled out incorrectly and had to be turned over. Felix was by himself and had to complete this before he could do any installation. He was told he was to complete the project but in essence started not only from scratch but at a disadvantage. Felix was intent that the project not only be completed correctly but to the high standards of Arizona Foundations. Felix completed 2800+ sq ft of crawl space by himself in 3 days. He worked long hours and was very detailed in his installation. I checked his work at numerous times and was very impressed.We experienced delays but are thankful for the honesty and hard work by Felix. Without his customer service and professionalism I could not have given a 5-STAR rating.I also want to thank Tom Dixon, Operations Manager. When Felix discovered the amount of work necessary to complete the project he indicated he would not be able to finish in the time allocated. He was only scheduled 2 days to "complete the Project'. I called the office and left a message for Tom with my concerns. He called back and told me he had rescheduled Felix's time and he was clear to stay until the project was completed.Overall what could have been a bad experience turned out to be 5-STAR because of Chris, Felix and Tom.Thank you!! -
