Efrain's day includes pier installation, crack stitch repair, compaction grout, equipment operation, mudjacking, carbon fiber, micro piles and cement finishing. His favorite part of his job is that he runs equipment, installs piers and the people he gets to work with.

By M M.AZTruly a professional job by a knowledgeable, professional and courteous crew, led by foreman Chris. Cuba and Orlando worked efficiently digging and installing piers under the exterior chimney foundation of our fireplace. Chris was hands-on, getting right in there with his crew. Upon excavating, a portion of the foundation under the chimney was not as robust as it should have been. Foreman Chris worked with the AFS Engineering and came up with a solution to remedy the situation and the new pier was quickly installed. Kuddos to Chirs, Cuba and Orlando for a job well done. We are pleased.
