Robert Pagan

Meet Rob, a Foreman who leads a team of All-Stars that consistently surprise us with how amazing they are. Before joining us, Rob didn’t have any experience in the construction industry. Since joining us, Rob has gone through extensive training to become an expert in the installation of our products which have helped thousands of people repair their homes and property. He first gained experience as a crew member and then worked his way up to a Foreman by consistently performing and showing himself to be a true leader. His favorite part of his job is the happiness and satisfaction that he and his clients feel once the job is finished. 

Rob grew up in Daly City but he currently lives in Brentwood. He is married and he has 2 children, 1 boy and 1 girl. Rob lives by the quote: “The main thing is don’t panic.” He always keeps his cool. In his free time, he likes to spend time with family and work on old cars. If money wasn’t an issue, he would spend his time making music and working on cars. Two things make Rob smile the most: Family and waking up to another day.
