They worked efficiently and quickly, and even were very understanding when there was a part of our basement wall I had not removed yet (I had encountered a very large spider, and wasn't about to go back near it!) They removed the wall for me without any complaints! -

By Ray S.Bedford, NYI cannot say enough about my experience with CT Basement Systems on this project, and I am a pretty "hard grader" on stuff like this. Our sales rep, Tarn Granucci, was very knowledgeble and spent a lot of time with us designing the right solution. We had a work crew on site for two days and they worked incredibly hard both days. The quality of the work was very good, as was the cleanup afterwards (these are messy projects). System has been running for close to a year, with no problems. Fantastic service experience overall!
