The screen door frame on the back patio has become misaligned due to the settling of the concrete underneath.

Significant cracking had spread across the entire surface of the concrete lanai, prompting concerns for the homeowner.
Water was continually pooling up around the pool deck causing unstable, loose soils and erosion. These underlying problems caused cracks to form in this homeowner's pool deck, which soon became a tripping hazard. LRE Foundation Repair designed the perfect solution to remedy this homeowner's problems.
Due to soil erosion underneath, the right side of the homeowner's driveway had settled.
Due to soil settlement, numerous cracks have emerged in the concrete of the pool deck. Over time, these cracks may widen further if not promptly addressed.
