Frank grew up and lived most of his adult life in St. Petersburg but spent the last 8 years in the Toledo, OH area where he owned and operated a full-service Radon Testing and Mitigation company. During that time he helped educate many homeowners on where radon comes from, the health effects associated with having high radon levels in their home, and how to remove it to restore levels back down to the acceptable range. Now back in Florida and working for LRE he looks forward to continuing to help customers with improving their home with the services we offer. He currently lives in Bradenton FL with his wife and their two daughters. Growing up around the water he enjoys boating any chance he can and in his off time likes travelling to new places and making great memories with his family. He also enjoys watching and talking about sports.

I am a home owner and NOT a person who typically leaves any reviews of a person or company. However, this talented devoted kind & caring group of folks is heaven sent. The fastest response to my initial foundation fears (other companies initial response to my first call lagged days behind); prompt professional people across the board! Folks listen, I know you may be experiencing a problem with your home; it’s scary. Whatever it is – THIS company IS your answer – I swear on my life. Never have I had people or a business more interested in helping when I was freaking out and not sure where to turn. The workmanship and the workman OMG all there are so involved, communicative on site with you, intelligent, personable and so professional and HAPPY proud to be a part of that company. LOL – I heard men singing while working on very physical dusty dirty Florida hot temperature jobs, just enjoying the fact they were helping! Truth is, I could on but concise is best. Don’t put it off any longer – don’t be afraid – step to them - let them access your issue – and get you to a place of peace. -

By Wesley M.Palmetto, FLWe were selling a house in Parrish and our buyers demanded a foundation inspection as they experienced issues with a previous home, probably very expensive issues. The original appointment had to be scheduled a month out, but after explaining our situation, they promised to try to fit us in as soon as possible, Got a call back shortly after with news that they could do the inspection the next day! Frank G. was right on time to get to the property. His inspection was thorough and he talked me through the entire process, including what to look for in the future. At the conclusion of the inspection, he said that he and LRE didn't believe in providing an estimate for work that didn't need to be done. The LRE website says free inspection and they mean it. More importantly, I now know how to inspect my home for foundation and settlement issues. In the future, I'll be able to spot issues early, hopefully before they become big problems. And if I find problems, I know who I'm going to call. -
