Upon inspecting the crawl space, the LRE Design Specialist immediately noticed a significant amount of debris and insufficient moisture protection, leaving the area vulnerable to potential damage.
Large cracks along the home's exterior walls were an alarming sight for the homeowner, indicating a severe issue with their foundation.
Large, stair-step pattern wall cracks had developed in the walls of the home, indicating to the homeowner that the foundation had settled.
The homeowner reported severe flooding around this area of their home and expressed concerns about its impact on the foundation. Erosion of the soil around the base of the foundation highlighted the severity of the problem.
The homeowner's concrete driveway had suffered from extensive damage over time due to the settlement of the underlying soil.
A thorough home inspection conducted by an LRE Design Specialist revealed that the homeowner's foundation had been gradually settling over time, indicating that a comprehensive solution was needed to provide permanent stabilization.
Upon close inspection of the crawl space by our Design Specialist, many of the floor joists and block piers showed signs of deterioration.
Cracks throughout the exterior walls of the home were a concerning sight for the homeowner and prompted concerns about the condition of their foundation.
