During rainstorms, this area around the home experienced major flooding, leading to water intrusion inside the house and exerting pressure on the foundation.
This home had insufficient grading that allowed water to pool up and flood the foundation.
The LRE team initiates the installation of the pool deck's new channel drain by carefully cutting out precisely measured sections of concrete.
The concrete pad just outside the detached garage continued to have mold and mildew buildup due to poor grading. The water would pool up on the pad and remain for too long.
LRE started on the new french drains that would be installed around the perimeter of this home.
These homeowners were experiencing a lot of issues because water was pooling up around the deck and home. This channel drain wasn't doing the trick and a new one was required.
Before the installation of the new drainage system, the back porch of the home had encountered flooding issues. The original downspout from the gutters above had directed a substantial amount of rainwater around the foundation below.
LRE begins excavating where the new underground drainage system will go.
