Large cracks had formed in this concrete pool deck due to unstable and shifting soil conditions underground.
The concrete slab has cracked and become uneven as a result of soil settlement.
Cracks like these in floor tiles are common indications of foundation settlement. Sometimes the cracks are a symptom of a much larger problem.
The homeowner's driveway has settled significantly due to major soil erosion, resulting in large cracks forming in the concrete slabs.
One of the most noticeable signs for the shop owners that their foundation required repair was the appearance of stair-step cracks along the exterior walls of the building.
NexusPro can be color-matched to the driveway so the sealed cracks don't look harsh or stand out. All holes and cracks are sealed and protected from the outside elements, eliminating future damage to the driveway.
