The homeowner noticed multiple cracks appearing in the walls of her home, raising concerns about the stability of their foundation.
The homeowner noticed horizontal cracks developing along the exterior walls, indicating that the home's foundation had settled.
Vertical wall cracks on the interior garage walls were a concerning sight for the homeowner, signaling potential issues with the foundation's stability.
During the inspection conducted by our Design Specialist in the homeowner's crawl space, extensive debris and signs of years of wear and tear were uncovered.
The homeowner was alarmed by the noticeable gaps that had appeared between the bricks in the exterior walls of their home.
During the crawl space inspection, the LRE Design Specialist quickly identified that many of the wooden floor joists were sagging as a result of the block piers beneath them settling into the soil.
Before the installation of the CleanSpace system, the crawl space beneath the home was a damp environment, lacking any systems to regulate moisture and protect against damage.
The homeowner became concerned when they noticed settlement damage in the corner of their home, evident from the crack at the base of the foundation.
