During the crawl space inspection, the LRE Design Specialist discovered a very damp environment without an effective moisture control system. An inspection by the LRE Design Specialist revealed a lack of support for the wooden floor joists above, causing them to sag.
The LRE Design Specialist inspected the condominium's crawl space and identified several areas where the wooden support joists were noticeably sagging due to insufficient support from below.
The floors inside the home had developed a noticeable slope, with visible gaps forming between the flooring and the adjacent walls.
Upon inspection by the LRE Design Specialist, the crawl space was found to be excessively damp, lacking any proper system to manage or remove moisture.
An inspection by an LRE Design Specialist revealed that the crawl space beneath the home lacked an effective system to prevent moisture damage.
The original block piers in the crawl space, which had been supporting the home's floor joists, had deteriorated, resulting in sagging and instability in the floor joists.
During the inspection of the crawl space by the LRE Design Specialist, it was discovered that the original block piers in the crawl space had settled, creating a lack of efficient support for the floor joists above.
