The homeowner became concered upon discovering stair-step pattern cracks in the exterior walls of thier home, prompting them to seek a professional foundation inspection.
Small hairline cracks had appeared in the exterior walls of the home, an early sign that the foundation was settling.
The inspection by the LRE Design Specialist revealed a lack of proper support for the home's floor joists, creating a lack of stability.
