Rich Druash

Rich has lived throughout Virginia and Florida, building a well-rounded background along the way. He brings extensive experience diagnosing foundation issues and developing effective repair solutions, supported by work across logistics, supply chain, tech/software, automotive, and construction. He earned his degree from Old Dominion University.

A natural problem solver, Rich takes pride in identifying the root cause of a customer’s concerns, designing customized solutions, and walking homeowners through options to find the best long-term fit. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time at the gym, surfing, fishing, playing lacrosse, and visiting the mountains.
