Mack O'Connell

A Cornell University graduate with a degree in Applied Economics and Management, Mack took an unconventional path to foundation repair, starting in performance apparel as a Product Manager at New Balance, then moving through concrete coatings and safety surfacing before transitioning into the foundation repair industry. With over six years of experience, including time at two other Supportworks companies before joining LRE in 2024, Mack brings a sharp eye for problem-solving and a knack for breaking down complex foundation, drainage, and crawl space issues in a way homeowners can actually understand. Originally from Vermont and now calling Sanford, FL home, he is currently pursuing coursework in Building Construction Technology at Seminole State College to deepen his technical expertise. When he's not helping Central Florida homeowners protect their biggest investment, he's busy being a goofball with his seven-year-old daughter, throwing darts, riding motorcycles, or working with his hands.
