Jill Durrett

Jill brings a heart for service and a passion for connection to her role as Shore Up’s Business Development Coordinator. Before joining the team, Jill spent several years as a special education teacher where she developed strong skills in communication, patience, and community engagement. She now brings that same dedication to building meaningful relationships with customers and partners.

Outside of work, Jill loves spending time with her husband Wayne and their two children Drew and Parker. As a family, they enjoy trips to St. George Island and staying active through CrossFit.

Jill is excited to be part of the Shore Up team and looks forward to giving back to the community, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting the company’s mission through outreach and engagement.
