A Monticello, Florida native, Jake has a strong understanding of the challenges homeowners face in our region and takes pride in creating thoughtful, effective repair plans tailored to each home. His attention to detail and hands-on knowledge allow him to thoroughly evaluate conditions and clearly explain solutions, helping customers feel confident throughout the process.

Outside of work, Jake enjoys spending time outdoors hunting and fishing whenever he gets the chance. He values time with family and is proud to share life with his beautiful wife, Brooke. Jake’s dedication to both his craft and his community makes him a valuable part of our team and a trusted resource for the homeowners he serves.
