Genice McNeil

Genice serves as our Director of Customer Care and brings over 10 years of experience in customer service–focused roles. Her background has prepared her to step confidently into a leadership position, where she is passionate about developing teams and elevating the customer experience.

During her more than four years with Atlanta Basement Systems, Genice has graduated from Management U and the School of Entrepreneurship, and has been honored with the One Passion Award, One Experience Award, and One Community Award for her dedication to supporting both internal and external customers and for her involvement in the community. She absolutely loves working alongside her colleagues, building meaningful relationships with coworkers and customers, and is incredibly proud of the company culture.

Outside of work, Genice enjoys creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, traveling, and diving into true crime. Lately, she has also developed a love for thrifting.
