This dehumidifier will automatically keep relative humidity below 60% to keep the air dry and prevent the growth of mold. Additionally, it filters out mold and allergen particles in the air.
The walls looked worse for wear, causing an eyesore for potential buyers. Real estate transaction can be very sensitive so it is best to fix as much as possible before buyers start touring.
Notice in the before photo how moisture led to mold and musty conditions.
This picture is showing where and how the water was entering the basement. It doesn't look like much form this picture, but over time, even the smallest bit of water entering consistently will cause further issues in the home.
