CleanSpace is a durable white liner that is installed to the walls of the basement, and acts as a barrier between the water draining in and the space of the basement. Once the water drains in behind the CleanSpace, it is in the WaterGuard. The WaterGuard is installed underneath the original concrete of the floor, and collect the water. The hole that was dug for the WaterGuard, is then covered with a thin layer of concrete over top, sealing everything in place, and making it unnoticeable.
The WaterGuard is installed by digging out a section of the original concrete, and then placed in that space surrounded by gravel, and then covered with a thin layer of concrete. The WaterGuard works by catching any of the water intrusion, and then it carries that water to the TripleSafe sump pump.
The sump pump works with the WaterGuard to ensure water is quickly pumped out of the basement.
The WaterGuard drainage sits slightly below the floor, so it is covered by a layer of concrete. This allows it to be easily hidden and prevents clogs.
CleanSpace is the white liner that is installed to the walls. It is a thin liner that acts as a barrier between the space and the moisture. The water leaking into the basement drains behind the CleanSpace liner, and down into the WaterGuard. The WaterGuard is placed in a hole in the ground and then covered with gravel and a thin layer of concrete. Its installed around the perimeter of the basement, and is a travel way for the water to reach the sump pump.
This picture is depicting the cracks in the wall, showing that the structural integrity has been compromised. The foundation has settled, and now it needs to be restored. This can be scary for the homeowner, because the foundation of the home is the most important aspect of the home. This was something that we wanted to be sure we could fix.
A sump pump prevents water from accumulating in the basement or crawl space, reducing the risk of a floor.
In this picture you can see where the water has been leaking into this basement, and this can lead to many different issues. When moisture seeps through the foundation walls or floors it can weaken the buildings structural integrity, promote mold growth and will also lead to damage of a family's personal belongings. Excess moisture in the basement over time can lead to increased humidity levels impacting the indoor air quality circulating throughout the home.
