Devyn Cook

Devyn serves as our Lead Customer Care Coordinator and plays a vital role in creating a positive first impression for Atlanta Basement Systems. In his current role, he works directly with customers to find the ideal appointment times and matches them with the System Design Specialist best suited to their needs. He also supports the sales team with scheduling coordination while providing leadership and assistance to his Customer Care teammates.

With previous experience in customer-facing roles, Devyn has developed strong prioritization skills that allow him to thrive in fast-paced environments. During his two years with Atlanta Basement Systems, he has earned awards for delivering exceptional customer experiences and consistently providing excellent service. His favorite part of the job is serving others and helping customers find real solutions. What he values most about the company is the strong culture, where the people are supportive, collaborative, and truly feel like one big family. Outside of work, Devyn enjoys thrifting and creating custom clothing, going to the gym, and attending art events.
