Malia serves as our Real Estate Logistics Coordinator and brings over three years of experience in commercial real estate to the Atlanta Basement Systems team, where she closed more than $8 million in transaction volume. As a licensed real estate professional, she has a deep understanding of the challenges and time-sensitive nature of real estate transactions—knowledge that allows her to expertly coordinate projects and help keep installations on track.

Malia’s favorite part of her role is the hands-on learning involved in understanding structural, crawl space, and waterproofing issues, along with the fast-paced environment that comes with real estate-related projects. Outside of work, she enjoys reading whodunits and mystery novels, trying new foods, and exploring her passion for skincare.
