The water collecting in the crawlspace
SmartSump
Our CleanSpace drainage matting is laid out along the floor of the crawl space to prevent water from collecting along the foundation beneath the vapor barrier.
Here you can see the vapor barrier that was already in the crawlspace.
Here you can see the pervious water damage in/on the basement walls.
A dirt floor in a crawl space allows a constant stream of vapor to be coming into the space.
Before the installation team takes any concrete up for the WaterGuard System we first remove about half of the drywall.
The crawlspace did not have the best supports on the right side.
