This visit was for the yearly maintenence service. Dillon did a thorough inspection & addressed the concerns or questions we had. He also addressed current warranties & future replacements that may be needed in a few more years. He was also willing to give our neighbor an estimate for foundation work on his home & is eager to move forward having the work done, with complete confidence. 😀
