Jim joined Team Woods in April 2019 with over 28 years of experience helping customers find solutions to their needs. More specifically, Jim worked in the healthcare industry for many years, helping patients and medical staff find appropriate solutions. Jim attended St. Louis Community College at Meramec where he earned his degree in Marketing and Communications. He is most excited to be working with Team Woods because he gets to help customers with their home and seeing them happy.

 

Jim's hobbies include paddle-boarding, fishing, and even fishing while paddle-boarding! He also enjoys cooking new cuisine, wine tasting, and golfing in his free time.

The hole has been dug for the window well and the foundation is being prepped to install the Egress Window.
Water has been entering this basement and causing issues.
This basement window is not big enough to crawl out if needed.
WaterGuard will catch wall seepage and drain it toward the sump pump.
water has been leaking in this basement, causing water damage to the foundation.
The arrow on the wall is to mark where the water is seeping in at.
The basement has an entrance on the outside of the home. During heavy rains, water would seep into the basement from up under the door. This is where we would install a trench drain so water doesn't have a chance to make it into the basement.
The hole was cut to size and then the window was placed in with care by our installers.
