A view of this Bismarck, IL basement before we installed our waterproofing system.
Water has been entering this basement and causing damage.
IceGuard provides your basement with year-round protection. It is an automatic discharge system that allows water to escape out of the sump pump incase pipes freeze in the cold winter months, keeping the basement safe and dry.
At the bottom of this photo you can see the sump pump pit. Although it's not recommended, we tied our waterproofing system into the existing sump pump pit in this Urbana, Illinois basement.
