Water has been leaking in this basement, causing damage to it.
This sump system includes a battery-powered pump that will run if the power goes out.
This concrete section needs some new sealant.
The sidewalk is unleveled and in need of a strong system to repair it. As a result of the uneven concrete slabs, large gaps have also begun to form.
