I saw your ads on tv. Jason Terry, my sales rep, was very courteous, explained everything, and told me the perks and awards that Woods Basement has received and how reputable this company is. I truly wished that I could have used your product of Polylevel for my concrete decking around my fiberglass pool, but appreciated his honesty in that the sinking slope of concrete decking was towards the fiberglass pool and this product would crack my fiberglass pool. I would have given him a 10 rating instead of a 5!!!! Great job on having him on your team!!!
