My realtor found you. It was definitely a good choice after calling over 30 people your staff answer the phone first call set an appointment that wasn't very far out and your appraiser Niles found things that a whole home inspector did not find. A little bit about Niles the way he talks about the home that you were trying to buy and I'm going to assume I hope you are trying to fix is with a very caring demeanor.
