Shaheed is a Foreman at Healthy Spaces and is from Woodbridge. In his role, he helps lead crews on-site while upholding strong standards and professionalism.

Outside of work, Shaheed enjoys reading about politics and history, always looking to expand his understanding of the world. A fun fact about him is that he loves learning about niche aspects of other cultures, driven by curiosity and a genuine interest in people and perspectives beyond his own.

When asked what makes Healthy Spaces different, Shaheed pointed to the company’s solid ethics, which align closely with his own values. What motivates him each day is his determination to complete his goals in life, pushing him to stay focused, disciplined, and continually moving forward.
