Meet Xander!

Xander Shearer is from Princeton and is excited to be part of the Healthy Spaces team. He was drawn to Healthy Spaces after hearing it was a great company that genuinely takes care of its employees. What stands out to him most is the company's commitment to proper training and strong core values, which he believes sets Healthy Spaces apart from other employers.

Xander enjoys learning new skills and being part of a team that values growth, professionalism, and doing things the right way. His daily motivation comes from his dog, who keeps him focused and working toward his goals.

When he's not at work, Xander enjoys working on vehicles and tackling puzzles, activities that allow him to put his problem-solving skills and attention to detail to good use.
