As most people know, basements/crawl spaces are a mess to deal with, but my once basement indoor pool is now on its way to being a completely dry, finished basement! I am overly pleased with the finished results, as well as the communication and understanding of the staff. I will say, upon the initial work that was complete (2 day job turned 3 days), I was pretty upset with a few different aspects of the finished product that left me more than displeased. I didn't feel like I was receiving even close to the high cost service I paid for.. âšī¸ BUT WAIT! After the work was completed, I voiced my concerns to their Production Manager, Devon. Devon was very receptive to my complaints and more than eager to go above and beyond fixing the issues. He gave me his personal cellphone number, and stayed in contact with me, even after business hours. Upon him coming back to my home to revisit the work, an agreement was made to have the issues corrected. đđŧ So, now that everything has been addressed and corrected, I am AMAZED at how great of work this company did. My basement is WATERPROOF, and the work they did was phenomenal. Professionalism, respect, and honesty are only a few of the words to describe this company, and that is just a start. I will end by saying that IBS gets 5 Stars âī¸ âī¸âī¸âī¸âī¸ from me! The super friendly and caring staff/crews are most definitely who you should call and trust to have waterproof your basement or crawl space. Thank you Indiana Basement Systems for waterproofing my basement, and being a company I can recommend to my friends and family. -
