Worker noted many symptoms of malfunction and tested everything to find problem, then fully resolved issue. Spent over 1 1/2 hours. Very thorough. Plus did a great job explaining situations to us. Took time to take pictures and describe work.

Diagnosed reason water was not pumping out. Found that primary pump was jammed by a random loose part.
The Cleanup Process
Pristine. Was a muddy mess before, but left it as shiny like new.
