Had a crawl space encapsulation, dehumidifier and sump installed in our crawlspace 5 years ago. Basement Systems has been pretty good through it all, they stand behind their work. Today I had my annual service, Aaron Green came out and he was spectacular. While he gave me some bad news, which I wish the company would be a little better with, he was professional, transparent and very friendly. Our dehumidifier went out and we are months outside a 5 year warranty, so that isnt great, and as much as we paid that seems really questionable, again wish Basement Systems would step up a little there. Other than that Aaron was great and completed my service, addressed all my concerns and offered the best solutions he could, even having empathy over the situation. Overall, I still recommend Basement Systems and if you need their service, make sure and ask for Aaron!
