Our Overall Service
Call Representative
I called BSI on a Friday after hours as our sump pump system had failed. I got their answering machine. Nate returned my call me within 15 minutes. I described my situation and we reviewed the options. His recommendation was to have a serve individual come out that evening. I was shocked. He told me that Aaron would be calling me when he was on his way. Within the hour Aaron shows up ready to resolve my problem.
Our Installation Crew
Aaron arrives less than an hour after my initial call and after a short introduction and review of the situation he gets to work. The sub-zero weather had frozen one of the effluent lines which had backed the system up and set off the high water alarm. He worked for an hour cleaning, inspecting and putting things in order. The diagnosis was the frozen line and he had the system up, clean and running like new. This is 7PM on a Friday. Who does that?
The Cleanup Process
Aaron left the pump area and the areas he serviced/inspected with no trace. Area around the pump was tidy and ready to go. We will have to wait on the weather to ease to bring the secondary pump back on line.

What type of work did you have done:

Sump Pump

What made you choose our company:

I chose Basement Systems of Indiana several years back due to their commitment to the resolution of my basement water situation. I have dealt with my own sump pump issues for 25 years and decided that someone else needs to deal with it. They removed the existing 60 year old concrete sump pit and installed their pit system with 3 pumps. On a regular day my pump runs about every 10-20 minutes. During heavy rains every 2-3 minutes. With that, it is imperative that the system works 24/7. It is this kind of commitment that sold me on BSI and they continue to prove to me I made the right decision.
