Job review from Aaron in Streator, IL 61364 on 01/22/18

Salesman had to return after I received his email. In the email he had the drawing wrong of my home. Had to return and do it over. He was 20 minutes late from the time he told me. The day my project was starting I was called and told you that I wouldn't be there until tomorrow. The day you did show up to start the work they were almost 2 hours late. On the final day of work about an hour late. Salesman tells me work only takes one day. Crew leader tells me when he arrives day and a half to two days.

If this is the person that called and set up my appointments, then no complaints.

Again had to return to redo the drawing and was twenty minutes late.

Dillon David was great. Nothing but good things to say about him and his crew. Kept me informed from start to finish. Worked with me when I wanted to make changes from the original agreement. I would have them back again to do work.

No complaints.
