I was impressed with the system literature that explains exactly what the salesman, Brian, was telling us. Jim, the Supervisor on our job, was very friendly and informative and put me at ease during the pier setting process. Cement had to be replaced and was done perfectly. Detail seems to be very important to Thrasher employees and I am impressed.
