Selmi Ortiz

Selmi joined American Waterworks as a Logistic Assistant in February 2025. Before joining our team, she had 3 years of experience working in an office. Selmi wanted to join American Waterworks because of how welcoming everyone was. Now, as our Accounting Specialist, Selmi is responsible for creating estimates and invoices, mailing statements, taking payments, and answering our customers’ questions over the phone. Selmi enjoys getting to know her co-workers.

When she is not in the office, you can find Selmi watching movies or going on walks with her dogs.
