Krysta joined the American Waterworks team as a Logistics Assistant in May 2026. Before coming on board, she built a strong background in long-term care, where she developed a passion for helping others. She was drawn to American Waterworks for our commitment to work-life balance and supportive team environment.
In her role, Krysta's day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling projects, talking to customers about their installations, receiving feedback from customers after the project is completed, and pulling permits for all the cities we service. She’s especially excited to be part of a team that feels like family.
Outside of the office, Krysta enjoys trying new things, exploring new places, and spending time with her family. We’re so happy to have her on our team!
